Reading for the week starting the 4/6/2018
Life gives us so much to be grateful for. It is particularly important though that we honour the negative or challenging aspects, the hardships we have also had to endure as it is these experiences that meld is I to the people we are today.
Take time to Reflect upon all life has given us and then it becomes important to release that which has caused some form of trauma in our lives. This will be very different for each individual.
I personally like to work with the Hawaiian mantra/prayer , Ho'oponopono , that says - please forgive me, I’m sorry, I love you, thank you. This is very powerful and can be worked with in different ways. Use it doing mirror work, writing, verbalising aloud , again this is up to you. Remember, we are not forgetting what has happened but we are forgiving. As we let go, we also allow energy to flow and blocks to release so we can move on in our lives. Take time to love, be kind and nurture yourself.
